I bought my car from this garage last year, and the service has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. When I purchased the car, they threw in lots of extras, and the 12-month warranty gave me real peace of mind. Unfortunately, I had to use the warranty several times, but every single issue was dealt with quickly and professionally, with absolutely no arguments, hassle, or quibbling. A special mention has to go to James, who is genuinely one of the nicest salespeople I’ve ever met. He truly cares about his customers and consistently goes above and beyond to help. His knowledge is excellent, he’s incredibly approachable, and he always takes the time to make sure everything is sorted. Honestly, after dealing with him over the past year, it feels like I’ve made a new friend. That said, the same praise goes for everyone who works there. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Buying a used car can sometimes be stressful, but this garage has completely restored my faith in the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car and great after-sales service.

James is a great salesman at citreon, he answers any worries or questions I have about my car and never makes me feel silly for coming to him for minor things. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for him. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the whole experience stress-free and trustworthy. James is also great at explaining the process or details of cars in a way that a non car person can get it because the complicated jargon can really go in one ear and out the other for me. A genuinely lovely guy and excellent service every time. Highly recommend James if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Small Citroen dealership and garage. Parking can be tricky at times. A very professional and pressure free sales experience and dealt fairly with a few little problems with my purchase of a 24 reg C4. Car was nicely valeted on delivery but with missing boot floor and only partial 2 year full service (no break fluid change). I had a few queries after purchase and the service staff were very helpful and interested which was nice. I consider my experience with this company to be generally excellent so far and I hope this will continue. Thanks to James for pleasant attitude and professionalism.

I am not a customer of theirs, but wanted to say their staff are lovely. I pulled up today having a really bad day, needing someone to check my car tyre. I found it hard navigating their packed forecourt and a kind man came out to help me move my car, and recommended me a great place to go to get my tyres checked. He was very reassuring and his recommendation was great.

Brought my 1st Citroen a few weeks ago , very happy with the car , Jame’s made the whole experience so easy, I felt very comfortable buying a secondhand car from the dealership and confident if there were any problems James would get them sorted. Called in to see if I could buy a nearside mirror light cover for a pal who had just bought a Relay van and later discovered the nearside bulb cover was missing. The parts guy who assisted me was absolutely superb, identifying the part needed, but then searched his oddments drawer and found what he thought might be the right part. Sold it to me for a modest price and lo, it was the right part!! The new part would have cost considerably more. That guy went more than the distance to help, and impressed me no end. Many thanks from me, and my pal, to whom I was able to gift the part. Joy all round

Just brilliant. I've always gone to smaller, family garages thinking they'd be cheaper and look after me but this is the third time I've used Yeomans now and each time they have been amazing and really well priced too. Open and honest about pricing and then realised one of the jobs didn't need doing so they didn't.... No charge and everything was explained clearly with a plan to look again in a year. I am so grateful to the staff of Yeomans!

My 5 stars goes to Nigel , my daughter recently purchased a car from this garage but did not have a good experience especially with a sales rep on site who was extremely rude & disrespectful to both of us in front of other customers due to a problem which was garages fault. However Nigel took over this issue and I have to say how lovely it was to see my daughter being treated respectfully & in a professional manner and everything explained to her as it should have been from day one . I would personally like to thank Nigel for this & hope he gets recognised for saving what was a negative experience into a positive one . Thankyou Nigel

Picked up our new hybrid today, Nigel was the perfect mix of professional and friendly, spending time to explain all the differences from the cars we traded in. More than 20 cars now from Yeoman's Torquay, it's great to find a dealership you can trust, who always help with any issues, give you a fair price for your old cars and are always on the end of the phone if you need them. Can't recommend them highly enough, trustworthy, honest and they respect returning customers, always treating us like old friends. Brooke was a salesman when we first new him, now the manager and he is running a wonderful dealership.

I first went in a few weeks back to look at a motability car as pictures are good but better up close. I was greeted by James who was by himself but to his absolute credit split himself in two helping his existing customer and also myself. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish every step of the way James explained everything to us putting our minds at ease and always keeping me updated. Even on collection day 100% from James again. I'm really pleased I picked Citeron Yeomans and if you do just from my personal experience look out for Mr James Keenan he won't steer you wrong (excuse the pun!) 😁

Went Into look at c3 aircross after researching them prior. Nigel came out and couldn’t of been anymore professional,no sales pitch or anything like that,I told him my budget and he helped me get what i wanted. Really nice guy from start to finish. Recently bought a used Citroen C1 from here. Cannot speak highly enough of the level of service I received. Salesman James was knowledgeable and so helpful. Not pushy at all like some salesmen can be, just gave us the information we needed and made us feel welcome. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Aftercare perfect too. Suspected a problem with the car but the service team accommodated me the same day, all sorted and drove away happy. Lovely team of people, all smiling and welcoming. Would definitely buy a car from these guys again.

This week marks 20 years since I bought my first new Citroen Berlingo from Yeomans Citroen in Torquay. Altogether I have bought 5 cars from them from 2003 to 2023 and each car has been fabulous. I just want to thank everyone at Yeomans Citroen Torquay for their consistently magnificent service over the last 20 years. Brooke, Daniel, and James have been so helpful and friendly making buying the cars such a fun and happy experience. The cars have been such great cars to drive and so reliable. Every service and repair have been carried out at Yeomans Torquay and Roger and the whole service department have been simply outstanding over all these years and have looked after all my cars so extremely well. This is a truly great car dealership and the whole team at Yeomans Torquay is why I keep coming back and buying more Citroen cars. Went in looking for a used car with the possibility of doing a double deal. Saw James who was friendly and knowledgeable arranged a test drive. He listened to what I wanted and what my wife wanted and did a fantastic deal on 2 nearly new cars. Very happy with both vehicles and he has worked hard to ensure we are happy with both vehicles and any issues are sorted in a timely manner. James is a credit to Yeomans citreon torbay and I can recommend both him and the dealership as everyone is very friendly and helpful.

UPDATE after review I was contacted by Citroen who was very keen to make things right, I really appreciate it. I use Yeoman's Citroen for years now to service my car. I was usually pleased with them. This year I had my usual yearly service. Over the phone I confirmed all the details with a lady and was also assured that my car will be washed and vacuumed, which is currently a standard thing to do in most authorised services. When I arrived at my appointment I confirmed everything and asked for a wash and vacuum. When I picked up the car after over 3hrs I was surprised to see that my car was not vacuumed, I know it's not a big deal but I it was a shame.

We bought a C5 Aircross last week through Yeomans Torquay and I can say this was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Nigel was one of the most fully rounded sales contacts we have ever dealt with (I run my own business so have met a few), polite, informative and professional. Helped us through the whole process like a hot knife through butter, we now have a lovely new family car and can't recommend Yeomans highly enough.

Everyone I interacted with here was so friendly and helpful, especially Nigel! I'm sure he could tell I was completely clueless but he was still very professional with me and answered all of my questions. He made the stressful car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Ioniq from Yeomans Torquay earlier this week. The service I received from Nigel Stapleton was second to none. He knew the type of car I was looking for and also my budget. At no time did he try and take me to that budget in order to make a sale. His primary concern was that I should buy the right car to suit my needs, as well as my wants. (not always totally compatible!!) As a result I bought the Ioniq, which was well under my budget and with which I am very pleased. 😄 I was so pleased with the service given by Nigel that I recommended him to my father. Who also subsequently purchased a car with which he is very happy. Thank you Nigel and Yeomans Torquay.

We just wanted to thank the Service Department at Yeomans for all their help recently in rectifying a fault with our Citroen. We had purchased a used Citroen from an approved dealer in another part of the country. Within the warranty period, the car developed a fault. We felt very reassured in the way that they took ownership of the problem with our vehicle, liaseing with the other stake holders and keeping us informed of progress. In all our dealings with Yeomans we were impressed by their customer focused approach, and were made to feel that they genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. Thank you again for all your help.

I had the good fortune of purchasing a used C3 through Yeoman's Torquay last weekend. Obviously the car is good, and I thought the £3,250 trade in for my old DS was generous given it had done 86,000 miles and the car I was buying only 27k. The thing is that the whole process was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. James and also Simon were exceptionally helpful, friendly and generous with their time, and I really appreciated James giving me at least 20 minutes to talk me through synching my phone with the dash screen - that was brilliant. I have been using Yeoman's Torquay for around 3 years now and consistently found them all friendly and genuine, which isn't always the case in the business but certainly makes me feel very secure using them. So thank you again guys, I'm really happy to give you an outstanding review.

We recently purchased an Hyundai i10 from the Torquay Citroen garage. Danny and Simon were extremely helpful and professional in assisting us. We found that the car developed a fault with the windscreen washer jet several weeks later. Paul arranged for the car to be examined but the mechanics were unable to clear the fault. Paul then advised us to approach Hyundai to see if the fault was under warranty. It was and it was fixed free of charge. Paul, Simon and Danny all provided excellent customer service during the purchase of our car and after the sale. We will be recommending your garage to family and friends.
